STOICNORD is a web platform registered and operated in Estonia (European Union). By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
STOICNORD is a web-based platform for job application tracking, resume and cover letter building, and a public job board. Features depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person.
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period.
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use a paid feature immediately you acknowledge that service delivery has begun and you waive this right, as permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
You may not use STOICNORD to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You own the content you create on STOICNORD — resumes, cover letters, job cards, and postings. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
To the extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, STOICNORD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the protections afforded by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
